During the Game Developers Conference this past weekend, Square Enix held it’s own private conference. There Shinji Hashimoto announced the name of a new project they had been working on and from the looks of it, the game was confirmed to be none other than Kingdom Hearts 3!

Confirmed today at Sakuracon, Yen Press has picked up the license to resume the publication of the Kingdom Hearts manga series! If you remember, Tokyopop had published Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 and Chain of Memories here in North America before ending in 2008.

Hidemi Matsuzuka has revealed Kingdom Hearts keychains from his official twitter. The keychains uses artwork from the first Kingdom Hearts and Chain of Memories.

During Disney’s D23 Expo 2013 event in Japan, there will be a Kingdom Hearts fan event where Shinji Hashimoto will make an appearance and will answer questions as well as divulge confidential information regarding the series only heard at this event!
