On the heels of appearing in Shonen Jump, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix will appear in Famitsu Weekly!

Gilbert Gottfried, best known as the voice of Iago from Disney’s Aladdin, recently tweeted out a picture of him recording reprising his role as Iago for an upcoming Kingdom Hearts game. Signs point to Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix with the lines being for Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded.

It’s been quite a while since we last heard from Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix but today we get small tidbits from it’s appearance in Weekly Shonen Jump. A few screenshots show Sora, Donald, and Goofy at Disney Castle from Kingdom Hearts II, Sora protecting Alice from Kingdom Hearts Recoded, and Mickey and Aqua protecting Kairi from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep.

Square Enix has once again put up an official survery, this time in regards to Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix.

The latest issue of Famitu features an interview with Kingdom Hearts series director Tetsuya Nomura. The interview was asking various game developers questions regarding the next generation of gaming.
