Kingdom Hearts series director Tetsuya Nomura was interviewed in the latest Famitsu and talked briefly about Kingdom Hearts III and the D23 Expo Japan.

Disney D23 has announced a Kingdom Hearts fan event at Japan’s D23 Expo 2015.

While no guests or information was given at this time, more will be provided on Disney’s website in April. Japan’s D23 Expo will run from November 6-8, 2015 with the Kingdom Hearts fan event on November 3, 2015.

As you probably all heard by now that during Japan’s first ever D23 Expo, during the Kingdom Hearts panel, series director Tetsuya Nomura showed a new trailer to all the lucky chosen participants!

Unfortunately there were no photography or recordings during the event itself and while it’s currently unknown if and when Square Enix and/or Disney will upload this video but for now we do have a full trailer summary thanks to aibo_ac7 who attended the event, also big thanks to the lovely and wonderful SQEXGAL for taking the time to translate her summary as well as tweets from other participants as well!

Well the time has finally come folks! Absent from this years Tokyo Game Show, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix has finally been announced at the first ever Japan Disney D23 Expo during the Kingdom Hearts panel! The game will contain Kingdom Hearts 2, Birth By Sleep, and Recoded and will be out next year!

The first ever Disney D23 Expo in Japan has started today and already Kingdom Hearts has been seen and mentioned a few times already. Bog Iger, chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Company made an appearance and gave a speech about the Expo as well as to remind everyone of the Kingdom Hearts panel that will take place on Monday, October 14th between 15:00 and 16:00 Japan time.
